“Generally, this was an OK place to stay, but not great. My biggest complaint is that the halls and elevators were without any 'climate control", and were about 80 degrees, and most unpleasant. It was very hot outside (100 degrees) but seems like there should still have been some effective cooling system at work in these public areas. Luckily, due to each room having its own thermostat, my room was cool, as was the lobby. Stepping from the lobby into the hallways was quite the shock. Please,...

“Great place. Clean. In a safe area, and breakfast was good for a hotel breakfast. Can’t complain at all.”

“What I expected”

“Stayed 3 nights. Location: a few yards off a loud and busy I-77. Rooms at back get a 7/24 noise bath. If you stay, make sure you're on the front side. BTW, if you're coming in via I-77, the exit is confusing and crowded with construction all the way to the hotel. Be careful. The good news, not very busy, room seemed OK, breakfast was nice and hotel is close to exit (see above). Room had extra amenities (microwave & frig). However the bath room door is a "barn door" style sliding door....

“The rooms were clean. They were still waiting on upgraded televisions so the one in the room was small and low. A little uncomfortable watching in bed. We booked this hotel because it says it had a pool. However the pool was closed and we were not able to use it. Very disappointed because it was extremely hot.”

“had to go buy a swiffer to clean floor- my socks were black. used an entire 20 pack and then socks only gray. first room toilet wouldn’t flush. moved to another one and had to keep towels on floor because the back of toilet leaked. bathroom door barely hanging on - screws on bottom hinge out of frame. rust hole on tub. housekeeping can in our room 1st day even though was told extended stay would only do every 3 days and we said none please and put the DND sign on door.
