Rooms are comfortable, clean and the front desk does a great job at trying to accommodate request for room location, etc. Small touches to connect with guest and enhance experience such as the collection of rubber ducks (learned this during this stay), decor to highlight holidays, popcorn, fruit, coffee/tea available at all times. “Cuando llegue el ascensor estaba dañado. Mi habitación estaba en el tercer piso donde llegar con el equipaje fue muy dificil. Despues de realizar la solicitud el personal del hotel me atendio muy bien cambiando mi habitación a la planta baja. La habitacion estaba muy limpia al igual que todo el hotel. El desayuno es bueno. La ubicación es muy buena cerca de restaurantes , bares, etc. y tambien cerca del lago Norman que es muy bello.”
