“This is a nice place to stay within walking distance of the harbor and restaurants. There was construction going on with jackhammers starting at 8:00am on this property and the one next to it. We went down to use the hot tub and there was a notice that said the jets were not working. We decided to try to sit in the hot tub anyway, and it was not being heated. We went to the front desk to let them know, and they seemed very surprised. When the maintenance person let us know, it was finally...

“The hot tub was enormous. Fill out really quickly and without any issues. The mall and the beach are also nearby.I love the place.”

“It was a quiet lodge. No staff were around, which wasn't an issue for our 1 night stay. The room was comfortable, and nicely decorated. A few bottles of water in the fridge would be a nice addition. We appreciated the hot cocoa and tea selection as non-coffee drinkers.”

“The room exceeded our expectations. High end appearance and accommodations. Very clean and comfortable. Kitchenette a plus. Bedding was excellent, plenty of towels in the bathroom. Drawback- Wish there was a handheld shower.”

“It Is my understanding that the room I was given was under refurb but didn't know that at the time. Alot was not working or broken. The toilet was for children, pocket door had no wheels on it, light fixtures had no covers and ice machine did not work. Bed was nice tho. Sheets were clean and plenty of towels. Appearance was very old. Shower is new and very nice. Room should not have been rented until the refurb was completed. We paid for a complete room. Staff was very nice and helpful.”

“The rooms were clean just had a weird smell but nothing to bad the ac was working so room was nice and cold working tv and microwave with a mini fridge it was nice and cozy the only thing is that the stairs are a bit old and need work staff was great they communicated perfectly no issues ”
