“Bathroom had hair on bathtub”

“In the ad it seemed like there was a place to sit and have breakfast on the property but that was not open anymore as the rooms are privately owned. There was no staff to rate. The linens and towels were clean, but there was mold in the shower and it was super warm. ”

“The room was clean and cozy. We visited in summer months so we did not need the fireplace but it did make the room feel very cozy - we enjoyed the cookies at check in as well as the coffee and tea bar in the room. The bathroom was nice and roomy and the property was well maintained. Will stay again when in Tahoe”

“I really liked the convenience of self check in and out . The room was cute and cozy, it had all that we needed for our stay. It was also a clean space . The common kitchen was also great. Only thing was the slow wifi when we came back after being out , which is understandable since everyone was on it too. Other than that it was a pleasant stay. Had no issues which we didn't have to be in touch with the owners . Will stay here again .”

“Let’s start with the good: the location. You can walk to the beach and Heidi’s restaurant and a souvenir shop are right in the parking lot. Check in doesn’t start until 4 but by 8 it is after hours. The keys are left unsecured for you to pick up. I specifically booked a room that had one bed and a bunk bed. Expedia showed pics and we arrived to a room with 2 beds. When I called, they said they don’t have bunks anymore but offered a cot. The toilet did not flush well. We had to throw all our tp...

“The design of the room was great, it was relatively clean (some marks on the wall and dust bunnies that could have been cleaner) and had a comfy bed. Our room had a broken air conditioner but they did bring in a portable air cooler, it was just really loud. Having two hot tubs and a brewery attached to it was a definite plus and it was in a great location where we could scooter or walk to both shops and the lake. There were also plenty of options for parking.”

“Great, clean room and perfect for a quick night's (or two!) stay at a very affordable price. We will return back for sure. Would've given a 4.5 stars if available Would've given 5 stars, if not for the broken AC controls and a very small shower stall. The owners were very nice to us too.”
