“Room was mostly clean except for a dead roach on floor by door.”

“My wife is confined to a wheelchair, I booked and got an accessible room. That said, when in the shower the bench was too far back to use the normal shower so she used the hand held one. The only problem then was that the water went under the shower curtain and wet the rest of the bathroom floor and the body wash and shampoo was the out of reach, so I had to put some in my hand and transferred over to her. Only little things, but to a disabled person it’s a lot. Please rectify urgently.”

“We took a Very early morning shuttle to the airport and our driver was so friendly. The room was large clean and beds comfortable.”
