“The staff lady on duty was extremely helpful and kind. She told us about breakfast and said we could take a snack that she was just starting to put out. Our flight was delayed and we didn’t get to the hotel until 3am.”

“Room was clean, Staff was helpful. We had room with one king bed. Maybe I am being too critical but the room was poorly designed. The door to the bathroom had a large opaque glass which faced the bed so if you got up at night to use it you would wake up your spouse with a bright light. Also the toaster did not work at the breakfast, but the food was good 👍. We didn't take advantage of the bar/tapa's area at night but it looked well stocked and friendly.”

La camera era spaziosa, salotto, bagno e camera. Colazione invece deludente, tanto che il secondo giorno siamo andati fuori a farla. Anche in questo Hotel vige la politica che la pulizia giornaliera (compresa la sostituzione delle salviette) non viene eseguita se non richiesto espressamente dal...

“The toilet became plugged, and they didn’t leave enough towels for us to shower. Then when we called the front desk they never brought them to us. The breakfast was always hot and variety was good. Would like to have seen more pastries on the breakfast bar.”
