“Most of the staff were friendly, but the hotel had a lot of RULES and anyone who was in breach of them was spoken to in a most unfriendly manner by senior staff - junior staff and guests alike. Often the junior staff were shouted at across the room, for everyone to witness, rather than the senior staff member taking the four steps to politely remind them within only their hearing. “We were pleasantly surprised. The price was great, especially for a Saturday night. The room had everything you needed, especially the kitchen facilities. Not a kitchen itself, but had a kettle, toaster, utensils, microwave and ur standard tea and coffee facilities. Along with an iron, ironing board, hair dryer and even a dust pan! The room is small, but not cramped, still plenty of room to put your suitcase out and relax. We would definitely stay here again.”
