“Excellent location for access to half a dozen or more waterfalls. Breakfast was AMAZING home cooked three course meal. Snacks/drinks always available and accessible. Tom and Maureen were fantastic! The door greeters (Bella, Lizzy and Jax) were great too!”

The new room also had a significant amount of mold. My nine year old daughter had trouble with the arcade card and when she asked for help, the attendant was very short with her. “Great food but unfortunately wait 55 min for our food . Manager apologized and offers the wine and dessert on the house but the server chargers us everything saying, oh I forgot to take the wine and dessert off the check so I give you a free bottle of water .”

Front desk staff however was a different story, they were very unknowledgeable on the amenities that were promised during booking, very rude when called to ask questions. In my travel life I have never found such a nasty dirty and stinky structure, even the breakfast was obscene. I will never go back there anymore.”
