“Loved the resort- highly recommend a check-in a better overview of all amenities available. Would’ve appreciated booking the spa we booked online through Expedia so we did not know this was an option. We absolutely loved the restaurant waiter but it was unfortunate He was the only one staffed for the restaurant and the bar. He made the experience very memorable and had the best hospitality. The food was great, but I think you would have a better turnout if there was more staff support.”

“Once loved this place. Now it's in near disrepair. The room smelled like body odor and just sour. The AC cannot be turned down below 70° F. The air vents all had black mold specs and constant condensation dripping, even with the fan to auto only. The walls had peeled paint and holes. There were pills and q-tips swept under the couch. “The best stay I have ever had”

“The resort itself is beautiful. If you’re going to charge $1600 for a condo, I would think it would be a lot cleaner. We found dirty panties right next to the bed, the refrigerator had old food all over it, pots and pans were dirty, no extra towels, no pillows for the pull out couch; just wished the room was a little cleaner. Besides that the staff was extremely friendly and helpful with what they could offer. Bar good drinks , nice prices and the entertainment by the pool was fun.”

“I always stay at Embassy Suites when vacationing at MB. This time ai notice areas where management cut cost. Only dessert size plates are available at breakfast so barely hold anything equal to a full breakfast serving. The elevators during peak summer are extremely crowded, no air conditioning, and are very small and just 4 to accommodate the large summer crowds.
