We were first given a bottom floor room with very limited view- stayed one night-asked to be moved and they accommodated us. “The door code didn’t work - had to get a new one from them. None of the TVs worked. The phone didn’t work. There was broken glass on the floor in the living room and Main bedroom that 4/10 of us got in our feet and bled everywhere, And they made several fraudulent charges to my card. The parking tags were expired so they clearly have terrible room service. Two of the beds had stained up bedding. Do yourself a favor and stay somewhere nicer.”

“This resort is amazing! Lots of things for kids to do, easy access to the beach, rooms are very clean, and I appreciate the daily texts with the weather and what the hotel has going on. Only downfall is the indoor pool. The smell of chlorine is very strong and the hotel restaurant can take a really long time to get food. Outside of that, it was perfect! We would definitely reconsider visiting this resort in the future! ”
