Hotel vicino a Beachy Head - Eastbourne

“Excellent location. We booked a sea view through a third party online agent and on arrival that room had been oversold so we were allocated a side view room. While not what we booked the view from that room was still lovely and the hotel is so well designed it was hardly a side view. The staff were lovely and the room had everything we needed. Breakfast was all self service but with a good selection and decent quality. For reasons we didn’t understand, the bar which was crowded at peak times...

“The room was ideal ***** for myself as a solo traveller. This top floor room was nicely decorated. clean, secure, facilities perfect and no noise from the stairs/common area, nor outside. Could not fault the room at all. Decor throughout the hotel generally was very pleasant. The lift was out of order however it didn't spoil my stay as although one of the agile older generation, was up and down the stairs in no time at all. ”

“While the Tiger Inn pub is nicely located by the village inn and the staff were very helpful, the room was over priced for what it was - a nice room in a pub. To describe it as 'luxury' is somewhat misleading in my view. The food was good but nothing special, so again, certainly didnt justify the 'luxury' reference”
