“Super stay. Bright, clean room Superior Classic. Had tasty sandwich lunch outside in sunshine. The hotel is wonderfully situated, set back from the road and coastline. Beachy Head walks very close by and superb promenade walks right out front by the sea. Great for Congress Theatre. Splendid historic building, facilities and friendly staff. Parking on site. Fabulous varied breakfast....cereals, fruits, smoked salmon/meats/cheeses and served hot breakfasts. Love it there. Thanks”

“Had an excellent two-night stay at The Beach Front Guest House! The staff were absolutely lovely, room and bathroom were very clean, and the breakfast was delicious! Check-in was easy too. The location is convenient for local restaurants and shops. Parking permits are available during your stay. We couldn't have asked for anything more. This is the perfect stay if you are planning to visit the area/Seven Sisters!”

“We stayed here for an overnight birthdat getaway. Lovely hotel and good amenities. This includes a bar and restaurant. The hotel has a small seating conservatory area at the front of the hotel which looks out to.the sea. Parking is in zone H opposite hotel controlled by Ringo.but its better to get a 24hr voucher for £2.55 from reception. Its a good location for Beachy Head, the beach and local shops.
