“The room was clean, staff were accommodating and the room service food was great. My only issue was the room smelt of paint which gave me a headache after a few hours.”

“The staff were amazing from the front desk Darcy and mum to the night porter, who could not do enough for us brilliant. Would recommend to all ages and jealous that we’re not still there. “I don’t recommend this hotel. Its only positive qualitiy is location. The first room we were given (3rd floor, lift out of order) smelt of stale tobacco smoke (despite 'no smoking' signs). We asked to change. The next room had an unwashed bathroom floor. The 3rd was small but we took it because it was cleaner and had a better view. When I noticed there was only one bath towel, I went down to speak to the male receptionist. I collected the extra towel from his office but the teabags he agreed to...
