“The Front desk staff were intentionally welcoming! This Holiday Inn DFW South location was a refreshing oasis after a long day of travel. We were given complementary breakfast vouchers for our kids coming to say goodbye. The room was exceptionally clean. The beds, linens, pillows and towels were all superior quality! “Very noisy. Insufficient soundproofing from the aircraft noise. They dont even provide a complimentary bottle of water. Poor breakfast. Most of the thing of the menu are not available. They block 150% of the amount to pay at the checkin, and then every 2 days they charge 33%, so at the checkout you need at least 250% of the amount in your plafon”

“Extremely noisy. Huge air conditioning engine always on, on the side of the hotel close to the road. No toiletries, no complimentary water. Very arrogant receptionist. They dont undedstand that some hotels.com rreservations are to be paid at the hotel. They refuse to provide invoice. Dont want to assist with expedia, and say... "you call them" we dont care. Totally unacceptable”
