They block 150% of the amount to pay at the checkin, and then every 2 days they charge 33%, so at the checkout you need at least 250% of the amount in your plafon”

They dont undedstand that some hotels.com rreservations are to be paid at the hotel. They refuse to provide invoice. Dont want to assist with expedia, and say... "you call them" we dont care. Totally unacceptable”
