“The room was amazing!! We arrived early and they checked us in. The Staff was kind and helpful. They gave us a map of places to eat which was very helpful. The Breakfast was unbelievable!! They had waffles, quiche, bacon, scrambled eggs, croissant with egg, Canadian bacon and cheese, oatmeal, cereal, fruit, yogurt and many other things. We definitely will stay there again. It's a beautiful clean property.”

“When I checked in we noticed hair on the sink, tub soap tray, and on the kleenex dispenser. The roof leaked causing the floor carpet on the side of the bed to be wet. I was sitting on the edge of the bed and my family noticed I had a pile of hair on my foot that came from walking back and forth on the carpet. They said our room would be cleaned day 3 and it wasn't done. When we asked the desk they said we put the do not disturb sign on our door and 3 managers checked. This was a lie and we gave...

“This facility is my goto when I travel to Florida, Orlando, specifically Seminole County, on business. A different hotel chain invented the concept of a hotel without unnecessary frills and with services and amenities keyed to the business traveller. Hilton took the concept and elevated it to a higher level. Like being at the Waldorf-Astoria without the drama. I would have liked a down or therapeutic pillow, but it is what it is. Great stay, I'll be back.”

“Stage, especially Natalia who checked us in were great! Everyone was quick to greet and pleasant during all interactions. Breakfast service staff could have been a little friendlier. Breakfast quality was average at best, hot items were sometimes a bit cold. Coffee wasn’t properly kept up with containers sometimes empty or cold from the previous day! Room needed some maintenance as in the shower controls looking like it was ready to fall off. Water pressure (or shower head) had poor water...

“The place is an absolute dump. Checked-in and checkout soon after. The elevator smelled, the hall way smelled, there’s a fan in the wall between the bedroom and living room seemingly to pull the cool air from the ac in the front room into the room. The sleeper couch was dirty so definitely wasn’t going to utilize it. The Formica on some of the counter was peeling and sharp to the edge.
