“Constantly kept hearing some noise, felt like there is no noise cancellation. Disturbed my sleep. Other than that the staffs were very friendly. The food was good too”

“We tried to cancel our reservation because our greyhound bus was cancelled. We did not stay. We bought insurance but they did not offer us the cancellation request on Friday June 5 since it was 1.5 hours after check in time. Horrible customer service”

“False advertising! They heavily promoted inflatables on the lake and free use of kayaks/watercraft, neither existed although it was June and 86 degrees. Front desk had no explanation, my emails to the company received no response. Yet they charged a daily 'resort fee'. Room and grounds were gross. On entering the room, there was an intense chemical smell, the floor was oily and sticky. Running a towel on the floor resulted in a thick brown residue. Running the taps produced a mold...

“The resort was just ok. It really needs a refresh. It’s kinda of stuck in the 1980’s.”

“Jetted tub in the room was nice and worked great. Very convenient location to downtown Wisconsin Dells. Property could use some updates and maintenance. Breakfast had a few decent options like cereal, eggs, sausage, hash browns no bacon though😔. Overall was a decent stay.”

“The Riverview is spectacular, the hot tub and indoor pool were really exceptional for a hotel. It is right on the Lake walk within walking distance of the main street in town. Altogether a very nice stay. It is especially affordable in the off-season.”

“Room was filthy. The bathroom horrendous. Moved the shower curtain and a dirty washcloth stuffed up in the pleats on the rod fell down. Room had a bad smell. Swimming area was dirty. Grounds outside looked like they had never been naintained or picked up. Cigarette butts all over the grounds especially by the doors”

“The Best! The dogs and I loved it! I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. I had a problem with my Expedia reservation, and the check in staff solved it graciously. It was late at night, and I was able to get into a great room and get the rest I needed. I had two dogs with me and the everyone was friendly towards them, and they also had a chance to play and rest. Great room, great breakfast, great staff. If you are in the Wisconsin Dells area, I highly recommend this hotel.”
