The breakfasts are healthy, delicious, innovative, fresh...outstanding. Our room, #8, is large, clean, has its own private entrance, and a great new shower. This B&B is located in downtown Madison in a walkable area. The house is a large, charming building constructed in 1833. Excellent accomodations. ”

“We stayed at the hotel for one week and really appreciated the cleanliness of the room, the comfort of the bed, and the heating system. All the staff who assisted us were very kind and welcoming. The location is convenient, and even the we left early and returned late, it was always pleasant to come back. Our room had a renovated bathroom, and although the décor was not modern, it was well maintained and presentable.”

“The staff were friendly, and the room itself was fine, but my stay was unfortunately disrupted by several problems. The toilet overflowed multiple times, and housekeeping was not very helpful — they handed me a plunger in a plastic bag and said they were busy, leaving us to plunge the toilet ourselves while waiting for maintenance, who never arrived. I also requested gloves, a trash bag, and fresh towels so I could shower, and housekeeping seemed annoyed by my requests. Additionally, after...

“The room was very clean and comfortable. The staff is really great! Our room must have had a lose pipe or vent in the wall behind the shower so it would bang on the wall alot. Once we got used to it it wasnt bad. That is my only complaint. The stay other then that was great!”
