“Just awful on every level. Rooms, stairwells, property filthy and run down. Check in person rude and dismissive. People smoking cigarettes outside entrance doors. Had I not been staying only one night I would have not even made it through. A horrible experience.”

“What we liked: Our room was clean and comfortable and the ladies at the reception desk in the evening and morning were friendly and helpful. Parking was free and convenient and the hotel was freeway close but quiet. The refrigerator was very cold. What we did not like: our AC did not work but it was a cool night and the fan was adequate. The sink faucet leaked onto the countertop. Breakfast choices were sparse and specifically consisted of: white bagels, hard-boiled eggs, bananas, apple juice,...

“Was there for a convention and it was convenient. It says absolutely NO SMOKING everywhere but the entire hotel smelled like an ashtray. Spacious suites. Convenient parking spaces. Near Stewart international airport. Less than an hour drive to NYC. It’s nasty but when all hotels in the area are full, consider it camping.”
