“Not only were the staff so incredibly nice but every single one of them was so well dressed! I mean incredibly dapper. I wasn’t sure what to expect with this hotel and honestly I was very impressed! My room was nice, it was very clean. We did the s’mores downstairs which was super fun. The little restaurant is really cute and attached all in all a great time.”

“Upon arrival they asked me for a cc as a guarantee. it appeared that my 3 credit cards were declined. I offered to leave cash. I was asked to cancel the booking and leave, despite having been a customer for years. I asked to retry and Then by changing pos the cards were accepted but no apology was made. I asked for the welcome btl… because it was part of the offer. No cleaning of the rooms for 3 days!!! but it was not specified in the offer, and in the bill an additional daily fee for amenities,...

“Very pretty and spacious corner hotel room and friendly staff. Had a nightcap at the restaurant bar, which was pretty empty. The breakfast that is served there is a buffet. We didn’t find it t appealing so didn’t eat there. We had some issues navigating the parking garage in our rental mini van, valet staff was super in guiding us around the columns. Would stay again.”

“Food was very good. Bed comfortable. Staff very impersonal, save one.Bathroom tiny and inconvenient. Nowhere to put things. Not enough outlets for electric personal appliances. Shower has mold at base. Toilet bowl stained.”
