Hotel vicino a Beckley-Raleigh Convention Center - Beckley

“Overall sanitation was excellent.”

“No outside lighting at all in the parking lot was so dark you couldn't see to get inside the building when asked the staff about the lighting acted like it was no big deal and stated he used his phone light to see how to get to his car after his shift was over, that's hard to do when you are disabled and use a walker to walk with”

“Room walls and bathroom not clean, pink mold at shower drain, thin towels, worn out towels, worn out and stained sheets, I hope I can post pictures. WiFi not reliable. Provided breakfast just ok, the scrambled eggs were cold, no meat choice. Nice location.”

“Great room, clean, no carpet, new and with full blackout shades! Loved it! ”

“Friendly staff, clean room, good breakfast.”

“Top-notch stay with phenomenal staff From start to finish, our stay at the Fairfield Inn Beckley was exceptional. “I loved the resort. Specially our room was lakeview and could see the morning reflection. The room was just like regulart hotel room but I personally liked it for the lake. Overall its a nice quiet place to stay”

“The place is fine for a quick one night”

“What I liked was that everything was as expected and I didn't have to do anything except go to sleep comfortably.”

“Ok”

“The room was exactly what we needed…see you again November 9th”

“Room smelled like dog, carpet was nasty, hadn’t Been vacuumed in a while”

“The room wasn't ready when I got there. It's was a no smoking but smelled terrible of cigarette smoke. There was a puppy in the room next to mine that cried half the night. No coffee cups or creamer. Definitely not worth what I had to pay. Had to ask for ice, they would give it out in a plastic bag. Definitely will not stay there again.”
