“Ottima struttura per i bambini, i Safari sono stati fantastici, il cibo ottimo e la struttura si trova in un parco magnifico. Alcuni appunti: il primo Safari lo abbiamo fatto sotto un’acqua torrenziale e nessuno ci ha dato dei poncho o ci ha avvertito di ciò che ci aspettava. Non tutto il personale è stato cordiale, ma nel complesso è stata un’ottima esperienza”

Our ranger excellent (Jaktah-probably spelt incorrectly sorry) with vast knowledge of wildlife and birdlife. Saw big five. Each drive very different in terms of viewing and terrain. Rooms comfortable and spacious as were communal areas. Nice pool.”

Con un semplice attraversamento di strada (coperto) ed una rapida scala mobile si raggiungono sia l'entertainment centre che il welcome centre. Quindi a piedi si arriva in un baleno alla Valley of waves, alla food court o alla partenza dei gamedrive per Pilanesberg. Il tutto nel lusso più sfrenato. Unica irrilevante pecca il cattivo funzionamento del wifi (che prende solo nella zona della reception), ma tutto il resto è...

From arranging a late check in and leaving our key with the friendly security Hendrik, to getting breakfast in the room delivered by Rhoda and Ayesha, the service was simply extraordinary. Would also like to acknowledge Amina who was to clean our room after our departure.

“Do not book with hotels.com or any other service provider. The resort claims that they are unable to get payment from these providers and then want you to pay in cash and claim it back. In my personal opinion it is to avoid paying the commission for these websites.
