“Nice and knowledgable staff . There was a minor problem the suite we have supposed to have a king bed which it did and in the outer room sofa bed to sleep third person Later that night we realized that the sofa will not be a bed so we had to call front desk and have a portable bed delivered The ned was narrow and to say the least not comfi Early morning we left to airport for overseas flight So did we get assigned to a different suite Booking confirmation that suite slle 3 adult easy ”

“The room size was huge, check in and check out was fast. Room wasn’t cleaned well before arrival or when asked for, the bedsheets and duvet has rust stains, there was a dead cockroach waiting for me in the bathroom and had only one AC remote for both the bedroom and the living room units, i found one empty shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom that weren’t removed before my arrival”

“Located on a small street overlooking Beirut-Jounieh highway, Hôtello is a furnished suites hotel, each suite has a bedroom, a sitting area with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small balcony, along with central air conditioning, daily cleaning and towels change. The rooms are cosy and quiet. The balcony is noisy due to traffic. The bed was comfortable. The couch in the sitting area was not as comfy, but could be converted into a small bed if needed.
