“Je suis arrives tardivement et Monsieur M. m’a reçu avec bienveillance et gentillesse. Comme mon petit frere et moi ne supportons pas la cigarette donc nous avions parler avec le manager par whatsapp avant notre arrivee au liban et il était tres coopératif mais de toute manière les chambres sont strictement interdits au cigarette. Les chambres sont tres confortables. La douche est tres propres. Equipement de sport bien propres et tout neuf. La couleur de l’immeuble a l’exterieur est magnifique...

“The hotel was clean, beds were comfortable, and the Seaview from bedrooms was nice. My suite had two showers, one of them had a missing glass door which made it useless. when i told them about it, they just took pictures of it but they didn't fix it. Room service is not great, sometimes they will do what you ask in minutes and sometimes hours even for if it's just a bottle of water. Breakfast bar was so bad and poorly serviced.”

“The worst hotel I ever stayed in my life, extremely dirty place. I would not recommend this place to anyone whatsoever unless you want to be bitten by bed bugs and have them charge you an extra night for an early check-in of a few hours. Very materialistic experience. Even charged me for a towel that fell on their dirty floor and I used to clean up their own dust. Never again.”

“Located on a small street overlooking Beirut-Jounieh highway, Hôtello is a furnished suites hotel, each suite has a bedroom, a sitting area with a kitchenette, a bathroom, and a small balcony, along with central air conditioning, daily cleaning and towels change. The rooms are cosy and quiet. The balcony is noisy due to traffic. The bed was comfortable. The couch in the sitting area was not as comfy, but could be converted into a small bed if needed. “It's a new building, great condition, a lot of space, laundry room on each floor, knowledgeable and nice staff, security cameras everywhere, cable TV with English channels, pool on top of the roof, and a good location to drive to local restaurants and stores.”
