“I must admit that when I arrived, the room I had purchased was not available and I was disappointed. However, Geoffrey, the manager promised to make it right, and he and his staff did exactly that. The initial room was suboptimal, and they immediately switched me to a comparable room with similar amenities and offered to comp dinner and issue a refund. “the room was clean, and the staff was very professional, friendly, and when there was a little "glitch," they were extremely helpful. The "glitch" related to a cc reader and not a problem with the facility. The location was as good as I had hoped that it would be. We would stay there again, no doubt. (Thanks again, to the staff!)”
