One of the elevators was broken. The pool was closed. Three of the 4 ice machines I tried, did not work. My toilet was clogged and I hadn’t even used it yet!! And there were extra charges on my card. The room had a terrible odor of burnt coffee. The tv would not program, therefore we would never stay there again. Room was not very clean, carpet was dirty and a dirty sock was found under the bed.

The sheets were dirty with spots. They were covered in animal and human hair. We messaged the owner and expecting a full refund. We didn't stay. The amenities (hot tub) was not a private hot tub. It was located on owner's adjacent property. This should be disclosed in the description.
