“Ho prenotato, per 2 notti, 2 camere con letto matrimoniale e mi han dato 2 camere con letti singoli. Dopo la richiesta di avere la camera esatta, mi hanno dato una camera che odorava di vecchio, muffa. Ci siamo fatti spostare e ci hanno dato una camera già occupata, ci hanno spostato ancora in una camera adatta. The first room n. 308 was very nice but unfortunately the air conditioning wasn’t working and nobody could repair it as it was a Sunday. We were moved to another room the day after. “OK Lodge is just a name; what is is is a (nicely) extended and converted terraced house opposite a park; so now a few studio flats, with some common areas. Modern and clean but a couple of issues - like oven not even wired in; no table to eat off; and also whilst we booked for 3 adults and was confirmed; they called to say max was 2 adults & a child and would not refund the extra £50 for the 3rd adult (who couldn't now come of course) and I had to go through Expedia to get resolved.
