This is a tiny loft which has been thoughtfully created to relax and enjoy the amenities of the historical center. Enjoy your stay at the Como Lake in our loft with Jacuzzi and fireplace. If this is not enough, the local winery and restaurants are just downstairs!

Use of the Jacuzzi: read the house rules carefully please.

We like to offer the space to artists, writers, bloggers, vloggers and of course lovers or honeymooners! Come and be inspired by the historical atmosphere and the proximity to the lake. Sailors are very welcome: the waters of the harbor are 50 meters far. At the same walking distance, you can find the departing deck of the water taxi service.

NOTE

The space is very much recommended if you need a pied-à-terre downtown for some relaxing time, a comfy base to explore the surroundings, or if you come from the waters due to its proximity to the harbor.

Restaurants in our town arrange take away so you can book a dinner and enjoy your stay at the loft if you do not want to cook a meal yourself! Check with local restaurants at the premises or contact them directly in advance by phone.

We are a friendly and happy family, be just polite and you will get the most out of your stay. We will take care of your comfort. We apply weekly or monthly discount. We provide freshly washed bed sheets.

For your use: 4 big towels, 2 small size towels, a candle, essential oil for the jacuzzi, 2x 30ml hair & body shower gel, 2 x single use shower caps.

USE OF THE JACUZZI is limited: the warm water comes from a boiler. This is not a thermal bath! The warm water is provided by a 250-liter capacity boiler that is not heating continuously and if emptied too quickly can deliver mild to cold temperature water only, so please be careful not to empty it too quickly, it will take 4,30 h before the full capacity is restored and you can make another jacuzzi. If you empty the boiler with a long shower or more showers before using the jacuzzi, you won't have enough warm water to use the jacuzzi. Phone calls in the middle of the night because you do not feel the water warm to be enough or as you expected to be or to accuse us that the boiler is not working are not appreciated, so any review with a low rate because of such matter will be forwarded by me to Vrbo claim team for deletion. The apartment is checked and carefully taken care of at any check out or before any check in, so it is delivered with everything in good order. Read the house rules before booking, this is not a SPA hotel, and we are not your personnel. For that, go elsewhere. Neither me or my maid or my family are at your service like in a hotel. You rent an entire apartment not a hotel room with servants. Thanks for the understanding.

We own a warehouse in the proximity of the loft (100 meters far, along the main road) so if you have bikes, kayak, ski or other equipment that could be stored there. It is possible to enter with motorbikes also. Access with the car is not yet available but under construction.
