“My worst hotel experience yet. We arrived at 9:00 PM after nine hours of driving with two two-year-olds in 107-degree heat. To start, one of our rooms' thermostats was completely unplugged and sitting on top of the fridge cabinet. We plugged it in, set it to cool, and prayed the AC would kick on as we heard it start up—but it NEVER cooled down the room. Neither room had been vacuumed at all for who knows how many guests. “Our poolside patio door was so difficult to open the grandkids couldn’t budge it. The staff responded immediately but were unable to provide any solution.”

“when we arrived, it was hard to find where the entrance to the hotel, We are truck drivers and we could not get in contact with anyone at the hotel by phone to even ask. I called at least 10 times to ask if they had parking or where we could park. So we booked anyways, wrong decision. When we got there, my husband did not feel good about parking for scared of possible theft. Since I didn't pay for the protection plan, I lost my $89.”

“We have stayed here several times over the years when in the Bismarck area visiting family. I love the location and the option of having two rooms and a kitchen area. The staff are always helpful and accommodating. The property itself needs some serious updating. The chairs in the kitchen area are peeling and coming apart. The toilet seat was loose and unsteady, curtains not working in the bedroom so unable to open them during the day. Overall our stay was good. This property just needs...
