“Comfortable bed, nice indoor pool and hot tub”

“The carpet was dirty/stained. The microwave was dirty inside. The bathtub was stained and there was a spot in the floor of the tub that you could push on and it literally dented in. Fire sprinkler in the shower was very rusty.”

“This is our #1 go to hotel when we travel to Bismarck. The location is great, they are pet friendly, they offer breakfast with multiple options and everything is well maintained and clean. We have never had an issue staying here, it is more expensive than other hotels in the area but it is definitely our favorite.”

“The hotel pictured on the website and that I ultimately reserved was not the hotel that I checked into. When I pulled into the parking lot, I had to double check both addresses to confirm I was in the correct location. The outside of the building was old, outdated, in need of repairs, and did not match the listing on Expedia. Also, we asked for clean wash cloths and hand towels, and to empty the trash can. The dirty towels were on the floor next to the trash can, but were not picked up.
