“The room was amazing! We booked the King suite but we got upgraded to a room with a jacuzzi!”

“We got to the hotel at 11:30pm and found out that the AC in the hotel did not work. There was no prior communication about it. If we had been notified, we would have canceled and rebooked elsewhere. Room was very hot and no air movement. Breakfast wasn't anything spectacular. Juice machine down so only option was coffee.”

“This place needs updating. The rooms and lobby we ok. The parking lot is a disaster for everyone but especially if you have a full sized SUV or truck. I got my suv after many careful manuaevwrs and drop to lock up the rest of us. Upon check was a bowl of validated parking tickets that I had just spend $8 on. Money but a big deal but checking in I asked all about the parking and the employee never mentioned it. It was pretty cheap for a Raddisson and now O knkw why.”

“The tv didn't work and the air conditioning didn't work either. When we went down to ask them to fix the problems, they said they would send someone up and the problems were never resolved.”

“It was very quiet, comfortable and appealing. But the room refrigerator and freezer stopped working. In my summer journey, that is what I depend on. But I would still return. Everything else was worth the stay.”

“We very much like the location and staff. It’s nice to have a Starbucks and food on-site. There is ample parking. Unfortunately, this was the first time we’ve had issues with cleanliness (dirty towels & used toiletries).”

“The property was clean and well maintained. Both my coworkers’ room and mine were 62 degrees when we arrived, which was okay, just a little cold. We were disappointed that the standard hotel breakfast required an additional charge beyond the cost of the room. Overall, it was a good stay.”
