“The room I stayed in was refurbished, clean and tidy. Would stay their again as the property offers value for money when compared to other hotels in Cronulla area”

“The room is an average room. There are no openning windows so it's it mouldy smelling and suffocating, I woke up with a severe headache every day and developed nose infection, so It is not properly clean”

“restroom/toilet shower is outside the room and no one to man front desk or answer emergency phone. woke up at 3am to use toilet and forgot my key inside room..was locked out till 9am next day...same thing happened to another guest who missed her 6am flight.called police, they came but also failed to get hold of person incharge and could not help..nor the fire brigade...master keys could not open the rooms”
