Hotel in zona Belvidere, Lowell

“Place was hard to find. It was behind a building that was closed down. The sign was small we missed it. Our room was cute. Minimal nothing fancy. The floor was dirty other than that no complaints”

“There were bugs/ants crawling on me in the bathroom when I was going to the bathroom and once when I was sitting at the desk. I let the staff know and they’ve done nothing about it. My refrigerator wouldn’t open because it wasn’t made for the cabinet they put it in so the door couldn’t open because the hinge kept blocking it. There’s no elevators and only one entrance to the building and my room was on the second floor on the opposite end from where you enter the building. It took forever to...

“Hotel is very convenient for going to a show at the Bull Run - just 5 minutes down the road. The facility is aging and in need of renovation. Appears to be have a number of longer term residents. Lots of people milling around in the parking lot when we returned from the show at 10:30PM. Will probably not stay here again.”

“On the images it shows there is a hot tub, there is not. Signs in the pool area say there is a hot tub, there is not. Fire department was there and the elevator was broken my entire trip. Hotel pool was FREEZING for it being an indoor pool. Toilet constantly hits the wall when you sit down like it isn’t bolted to the floor or wall fully. Hot water runs out fast when showering. Would not stay here again”

“I did not stay at the location, i booked the rooms for 4 coach drivers. During the stay we had one of our drivers have a medical Emergency. We called and Kristin was absolutely awesome, she went above and beyond calling emergency services and keeping us at our office informed and making sure other staff would be aware of us coming to pick up our drivers personal effects. Thank you Kristin!”
