“Didn’t know the place was Haunted and had been on several TV shows due to the paranormal activity! Should have been disclosed during booking ”

“Hotel needs updated! I callef Hilton reservations to make sure there was a sofa bed in the room. They confirmed there was. Surprise no spfs sleeper. Called front desk they said I should have booked a suite if i wanted a sofa sleeper. Then said there was nothing they could do. We had to search for another room somewhere and most places were full. Very disappointed in this place and breakfast far so, so, nothing to come back to.”

“I booked this hotel specifically for the water slide and the hot tub for my elderly parents bad backs. The water slide worked for about 15 minutes then it broke. The hot tub was down my whole stay. I bought 2 rooms and in both rooms the shower didn't get hot. The vending machine didnt work properly. The only great thing I found at my stay was the nice man that made the breakfast he was friendly, understanding and made me feel comfortable. Overall I'm disappointed with my stay ”

“The floors were filthy. You could see the dust built up around the edges of the room, the beds, the furniture. There was dust bunnies hanging from the bathroom fan.”

“Room was very clean. They offered a variety of pillows from soft to firm. I did wish there was water offered along with the morning coffee. ”

“Parking lot was handicapped marked spots, but no elevator on the premises. A handicapped person has to walk up a flight of poorly maintained wooden steps to the second floor. The door lock was broken and a magnet lock was put on the door which was the only lock available. The floor was not clean, the bathtub was stained and dirty. It was loud and noisy with construction workers standing on the balcony until midnight. The check in employee said all the rooms were full so no chance of moving to a...

“Standard hotel stay, decent for the price, pull out mattress was quite possibly the worst I’ve ever seen, felt like you’re sleeping on springs. Needs a update ”
