Case in affitto a Benton City

“Really cute little place, the photos actually do it justice! We had a great stay, would come back if we found ourselves in the area again.”

“We highly recommend this beautiful home, and when returning to the Tri Cities area, this will be our home of choice. We appreciated the attention to detail and pet friendly backyard.”

“For three 80 year olds , having everything on one floor is a big plus and the sun room is so inviting as well as the back yard. Beds are very comfy and it is very close to everything. A perfect place to be with friends and family.”

“This cute little place was exceptionally clean and very well appointed! Close to coffee, gas, highways- no traffic and very safe to walk after dark. All furniture was comfy and the decor was so cute! The backyard was private and perfect for our pet. Donna and Nate are excellent hosts. Would stay here again in a heartbeat!”

“Donna was most accommodating and friendly . I had a long stay while looking for a home to buy . Having a long stay can be a challenge when most guests stay a few days or a week . Donna made it work with great communication and worked around my schedule with dogs as much as possible . All the neighbors were friendly . The yard is big for dogs to run . FYI for dog parents there were a lot of foxtails at the time of my stay. Donna made sure they were mowed weekly . All fencing is secure . The...

“We appreciated the cleanliness, throughout. The kitchen more than met our needs. We loved the ice maker! The amenities, were well thought out, such as laundry detergent, Kleenex in all the rooms, and 3 different ways to make coffee! We really appreciated the fenced back yard for our Shih Tzu, Sugar. We drove to WA from TN for our nephew’s wedding. The location was close to plenty of restaurants and grocery stores. If we are ever able to go back to the area, we would certainly love to stay there...

“Really enjoyed this property. Very relaxing, quiet with great views. Will definitely stay again.”

“Wonderful spot. Fit my needs as I had home repairs going on. Pet friendly people. I was super grateful”

“Larry is a great host. The place was clean and well kept. This our 2nd time staying there and will definitely stay again.”

“Clean, convenient to the freeway, and very comfortable. Much better than a hotel for a family.”

“We stayed here while in town for a baseball tournament and the house was absolutely perfect. Clean and private backyard for the adults to hang out plus a fun game room in the converted garage for the kids. 10 out of 10 would recommend.”

“Way better than staying at a hotel in the area and for less money!”

“Great place!”

“Property was beautiful and centrally located for all the fun in Prosser (wineries, airport for balloon festival, downtown). Check in and out was easy. I would absolutely stay here again!”

“Great space, really clean & decorated nicely.”

“This place was great! We came for a bass fishing tournament and brought along two dogs. There’s space for at least 1 boat/truck combo in the driveway and street parking. Our dogs and toddlers loved the spacious backyard and calm neighborhood. We will for sure be using this property for the next time we’re invited to the Columbia River. Thank you to our wonderful hosts!!”

“Not really private it’s two home and a travel trailer that all share the same backyard…….. my daughter was in the backyard and a strange man walked out…. When I asked the owner about this he said it wasn’t him it’s other guests so not really a private backyard it’s a shared space but other guests can’t use one of the pools………”

“Great stay! Beautiful place!”

“House is beautiful, peaceful, and a great house to spend time with family & friends. Very clean and cozy. Highly recommended.”

“It took me a chilly minute to figure out the shower hot/cold is reversed, and the kitchen did not have wine glasses, nor a wine opener. Lovely, quiet place in a charming neighborhood.”
