Bello e spazioso condominio all'ultimo piano nel cuore del centro di South Haven. Ad appena un isolato dalla strada principale, questa unità assolata si trova in un edificio con ascensore che è vicino a tutta l'azione. Camminare verso la spiaggia, negozi, bar, ristoranti, cinema o il gazebo pattinaggio su ghiaccio (durante i mesi invernali). Godetevi tutti i comfort di una casa al Eagle Street Retreat: una cucina a concetto aperta completamente arredata, balcone ventilato con zona pranzo e grill. Master Suite ha una vasca da bagno rilassante e 2 ° bagno completo ha una cabina doccia. Grande TV a schermo piatto e ampio soggiorno / sala da pranzo sono perfetti per guardare un film o giocare a un gioco da tavolo. Rannicchiarsi con un buon libro vicino al caminetto a gas. Parcheggia la macchina nel parcheggio annesso e lascialo lì tutta la settimana - tutto ciò che puoi desiderare è a pochi isolati di distanza da The Eagle Street Retreat.

One of the cleanest and well appointed condos that I have ever been in. Great location and short walk to coffee shops, restaurants, shops, parks and beaches. It was also a very quiet condo (once the nextdoor restaurant died down which was around 9:30 pm). Monica checked in with us upon arrival and departure. Would highly recommend.

One of the best experiences we've had staying at a rental property. The condo is beautiful, clean, well stocked, and everything is labeled for convenience. Check in was smooth and the property manager was very communicative via the app. The location was very convenient, especially with the onsite parking, and we could walk to all the shops and restaurants on the main street just a block over. We were a little worried about potential noise from the gastropub patio next door, but it really wasn't loud and in fact when they had live music in the evenings it was very nice to sit out on the balcony and listen. We felt very at home here and would definitely choose to stay again!

Perfect spot! Clean and organized

It was in a great spot. We walked to everything we did in the South Haven area. The condo is exactly as pictured. Even better, it’s so organized and everything is labeled. It was more than we hoped for!

This condo was perfect for our family of 4! The condo was very spacious and so convenient to many of the SoHa attractions. It is more spacious than the pictures show. Also, the condo had all of the comforts of home, especially in the kitchen. We really enjoyed using the electric griddle for breakfast. The patio (and live music from New Park Gastropub) was a nice feature and we spent many hours outside enjoying the beautiful weather. Additionally, the building elevator was a nice convenience since the condo is located on the top (3rd) floor. There is some considerable street noise (loud cars/motorcycles) at night, but sound machines are provided in both bedrooms and our children never woke up to loud noises. Communication with the host was top notch from start to finish. Check-in/out instructions were clear and very detailed. If the opportunity allows, we would definitely reserve this condo again for future trips!

Wonderful stay!

We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Street Retreat so much that we are all ready planning another one. The condo was warm and well decorated. It supplied everything we needed. The elevator was a nice plus at the end of a long day. The shower was amazing and the beds were comfortable. Oh and did I mention Monica. She is an outstanding property owner/contact. Plus- they have a gift basket of treats! We will be back for sure.

Amazing condo and location

The condo was one of the cleanest condos we’ve ever stayed at through a VRBO. Everything was there that we could possibly need including fun snacks, which my daughter loved! You cannot beat the location. We parked our car on the first day there and didn’t need to drive it again. We walked to the beach, we walked to the sunset, we walked dinner, and walked to all of the shopping. Coming back to South Haven, I will never stay anywhere else! Thank you for a wonderful vacation!

The perfect spot

We loved staying at this property. Nice, clean, well stocked. We loved the little patio that gave a peak of the water. The location was perfect, right downtown but on a less busy street - shopping and restaurants all right there and a quick walk to the beach. We would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Very Nice

Very nice condo. Close to everything. Park the car and walk. Beds were extremely comfortable. Kitchen had everything we needed and pots/pans were in excellent condition. Had several communications with the owner. She responded quickly to our questions and checked on us to make sure we were doing OK. We would book again.

Couldn’t be better

After staying in beach towns in Michigan for many years, this condo was more than we ever expected in this new-to-us town. Every creature comfort that we could want was in this beautiful, comfy, cozy condo. From the soft, delicious-smelling towels to the lovely sheets on the comfortable beds and everything in between, we would stay here every time if we were to come back in the future. Everything you could need for a carefree vacation was in this house. She even carried top-of-the-line plastic wrap and tinfoil! Lol! Even sound machines in both bedrooms! Everything was super clean, and we didn’t even find one scrap of evidence of people who stayed before. We loved the beautiful master bathroom and the free parking. South Haven is a beautiful town, so please enjoy yourself and rest easy in this beautiful condo.

Great condo and perfect location

The condo provided us with a great home base that had most everything we needed for our visit. Its very well stocked, and when we didn't remember to bring condiments, we were happy to see there was even a little stash of mustard and mayo packets in the cabinet. We really enjoyed the location being so close to the downtown and river areas. We could walk almost everywhere we needed to go. Our group chose to drive to the beach so we could haul everything we needed, but we walked everywhere else. It was very quiet during the week, and a little busier on the weekend, but as requested by the city, it quiets down nicely after 10pm. There is some truck/delivery traffic, but nothing problematic. We used the balcony morning, noon and night. It was lovely sitting out there since we had perfect weather. Monica was great to work with, and always responded promptly to questions. Our group of 4 adults loved the condo and the location, and found we had plenty of room without feeling crowded. We would recommend it to anyone staying in South Haven. Thank you Monica!

Great property

The condo was as advertised. Located close to downtown but not too close so the noise was a problem. Monica was a joy to deal with and kept in constant contact with us to make sure everything was alright. Would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a comfortable place to stay in South Haven.

Great Get-away!

We are first-time VRBO customers and found this condo while looking for a place in South Haven, MI., where we used to own a summer house. It was nice getting reacquainted with SH. View of 4th of July fireworks was great from the balcony. Very comfortable condo for 4-6 people. Hope to return in the fall.....

Winter weekend in South Haven

Loved this condo that sits a block off of Phoenix St with all SoHa's restaurants and shops. Perfect location and even had a peekaboo view of the lake! Highly recommended!

Wonderful

Condo was lovely. Well-appointed, tastefully decorated, and comfortable. Location excellent (one block off main (Phoenix) street but very quiet. I had a few questions regarding wifi and Monica was quick to respond with detailed "how-to" info. Her speedy response and genuine concern were very reassuring. She gets five stars. This was my second stay @ this lovely condo & once again it did not disappoint. The new bathroom in the master bedroom is beautiful! This condo was clean, comfortable & a short block from Phoenix Street where all the shops & restaurants are located. We will be returning next year!
