Pedal Inn 4 Summary: Downtown Location That's Hard To Beat!

Summary:
Welcome to Pedal Inn 4, where you can pedal out the front door to the trails, The Momentary and 8th St Market. Located in the popular Market District. 5 minutes to Downtown Bentonville & a block from the Razorback Greenway. You have this whole house with a split, open floorplan all to yourself plus the ATTACHED GARAGE for bike storage! 3 bedrooms with a king mattress, queen and 2 twins. 2 full baths. Sit on the front patio or by the fire pit in the back yard & watch the Downtown Trail.

The Space:
Spacious home in the heart of Bentonville. WIFI and 2 smart TV's to watch your own apps. Split bedroom plan with an open living area. 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. The home is stocked with everything you need to make meals, from silverware to frying pans and everything in between. There is a garage to store your bikes and a water hose to wash them off after you're done riding for the day!
*If the dates you are looking for are unavailable, please visit our other Pedal Inn's. If you are looking for properties close together for your group, Pedal Inn 8 is next door.

Guest Access:
Located a short walk from downtown Bentonville and steps away from the Momentary and 8th Street Market, this house has access to the Razorback Greenway and the downtown trail.

The Neighborhood:
The Momentary is directly across the street on the next block. 8th Street Market is a 2 minute walk. The Meteor coffee shop is a minute away. Walk to restaurants and craft breweries.

Getting Around:
Park your car and bike or walk anywhere you want to go!

Other Things to Note:
Attached garage with a bike rack to store your bikes!

Great location, nice house

Well equipped and the garage was very nice since we were there with bikes. Beds were very comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet, but still close to everything.

Brilliant location & property

Exactly as pictured. Excellent communication with us. EASY check in & out. Charming location - Table restaurant 2 doors down, excellent coffee/beer/bike shop the next block, walk to Momentary (roof top cocktails unique). Downtown square quick drive or bike ride. Lots of properties currently under construction - this area will just get MORE amazing. Love that this is in Bentonville.

Comfortable, spacious, cozy home for friends and family right by the slopes of Jiminy Peak!

This was a friends and family get-away for a milestone birthday--multiple families, multiple kids (including a baby). What we loved: - You can walk to the slopes, which you can also see as you sit in the hot tub on the deck and watch the night-skiers--perfection! - There is everything you need for babies / toddlers--a beautiful, spacious nook next to the master bedroom with a bed, a night-light, a sound-machine (that is so effective that we could party loudly downstairs without disturbing the baby), and an audio baby-monitor. The kitchen has baby cups, plates, utensils. There are even gates for stairs / play spaces, if you're into that. - Hosts are incredibly responsive and follow-up to make sure you're well taken care of. - The house is comfortable--plenty of rooms, all spaced out so no one is on top of anyone--there's a beautiful open area for social gatherings and meals. The only thing that was meh: Parking spots limited (we could fit 3-4 cars if we parked horizontally--though it was a pain to get in an out). Technically only two spaces and the rest have to park down at the mountain (a 15-20' walk or a quick 3 minute drive).

This is a wonderful home. It's located close to several restaurants, downtown, and just two blocks from Razorback trail. If we return next year, we'll definitely rent this home again.

Great house in an ideal locale

This fit the bill for a long MTB weekend in NWA. Close to a ton of places to eat, drink and chill. House is very well maintained and very clean.
