Welcome to your perfect getaway in Bentonville! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bath home is ideally located just a stones-throw away from Coler Mountain Bike Preserve and a short drive or bike ride to downtown Bentonville. Whether you're here to explore world-class mountain bike trails, visit Crystal Bridges Museum, or enjoy the vibrant local dining scene, this home puts you right in the heart of it all.

This beautiful, recently-remodeled, 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home offers the perfect blend of comfort, style, and convenience. Also there is plenty of fun to be had here, including:

- World- class Bike Trails just down the street!!!

KITCHEN + LIVING ROOM

Step inside to find an open-concept living space with plenty of natural light, modern furnishings, and a fully equipped kitchen with a giant island - which is perfect for preparing meals and socializing after a day of work or mountain biking.

MASTER BEDROOM + BATHROOM

The primary suite features a large king sized bed, large walk-in closet, and a 55" smart TV. The master also has a private bathroom featuring a tiled tub/shower with an overhead rain shower head.

BEDROOM 2

This room features a very large window that lets in plenty of natural light. There is a comfortable queen bed and large closet.

BEDROOM 3

This last bedroom also features a comfortable queen bed and good sized closet.

GARAGE

The 2-car garage is a dream for bikers. Enjoy a large OZ trails mural and trail maps. There are hooks to hang your bikes and a workbench to help you when you need to do repairs to your bike. There is a full sized ping pong table as well!

PARKING

Apart from the garage, there is a large, flat driveway that can accommodate up to 4 vehicles! (Note: please to not park on the street overnight)

OUTSIDE

The backyard features: a concrete patio and amble grass space to play some corn hole. There is also a gas grill for your use and a fire pit for you to roast as many s'mores as you'd like!

There is also a dedicated bike washing station to keep your bike and other recreational equipment clean!

This is the perfect home base for your next getaway or long-term stay in Northwest Arkansas!

Guests will have full access to the entire home, including all 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, the kitchen, living area, outdoor patio and backyard.

The property also offers plenty of parking on-site on the large, flat driveway and the 2-car garage which also provides secure storage for bikes and gear.

You'll have access with a keyless entry system for easy check-in and checkout.

We love Bentonville and are passionate about mountain biking and the beauty in the nature in NWA. We really hope this hope is a place that allows others to appreciate everything we love about this area!

Great House!

The house was clean and there was plenty of room for my family. The beds were all comfortable (which is very important to me). The host was very attentive and checked to make sure everything was okay during our stay. We we definitely stay here again!
