Trailside Townhouse B | Next to Downtown & Bike Trails

Close to everything! Just blocks from the Bentonville Square, Crystal Bridges, shopping, trails, and restaurants. Coming for the mountain biking? Several bike trailheads are at the end of the street! This home is located right in the middle of Slaughterpen and is just minutes from the Coler and Bella Vista bike trails.

We love Bentonville and want everyone else to experience the things that we love about it, so feel free to ask us anything!

We visited Bentonville to Mt. Bike. Great location. We biked from the townhouse to many of the trails and downtown. Townhouse was comfortable and had everything we needed for our visit.

The property was great but the smell was sickening both outside and inside. I think there was some kind of sewage treatment plant in the area which was unbelievable and if I had known that I would have selected a different place.

Spotless, Comfortable home Close to Biking Trails

We had a great stay at the Trailside Townhome. The home has an efficient layout with plenty of room for families or groups of friends Check in was seamless. We had a question about bike rentals. Gabriel was responsive and knowledgeable. This is by far the cleanest VRBO we have stayed at. We appreciated the garage space to store bikes. The best thing was the location. At the end of the street you can hop on the main trail and have access to a number of options among the Slaughter Pen trails. A short drive away are Crystal Bridges and all of the great restaurants down town. We plan to stay here again.

Biker friendly and close to trails

Very spacious and super clean townhouse with good garage space for storing and working on bikes. Gabriel is very responsive. Huge washer and dryer. At top of the Ozone trails so ride home involves a short uphill unless you're coming back from Coler. Plenty of trail options very close to location though.

Perfect vacation home

My teen son and I wanted a long weekend of biking and relaxing. The townhouse was perfect! Great location to trails: we could jump on a few trails down the street, or bike into town to eat and and jump on more trails, or bike across town for more trails. Very easy to navigate! The townhouse was very spacious and cozy, and we loved the fresh, clean design of every room- all was perfectly appointed. We loved having a spacious garage to keep our bikes, too. Quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend. The host was attentive — checked in with us often and gave helpful suggestions in town. We will definitely stay here on future visits!

Trail Riding Getaway

This house was perfect for our weekend away in bentonville. Our host was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. The location of this townhome was the best part, it was close to our favorite trails of Leopards Loop and Masterpiece! We all enjoyed our time here and will definitely come back to stay here during future trips to bentonville!

Great location and close to several biking trails. Gaberial was such a great host and easy to work with. House was clean and had everything we needed for a quick getaway! I would highly recommend staying here and will book again in the future.

Great home base for biking

Great home base for biking. Garage was equipped with a bike repair stand, pump and work table. Hose for washing down your bikes. Location is right in the middle of Leopard’s Loop, Ozone, Hammer Down and the Apple Creek trails. Appliances are all brand new, including a full size washer and dryer for cleaning your kit.
