“Clean room. Convenient location.”

“First time in Vermillion. Decided to go there and avoid outrageous room costs in Sioux Falls. I will go again. This was easy to get to and was a nice place.”

“Nice rooms.. nice breakfast. Wanted you to check in without assistance (I don't like,) system was down so they had to help me anyway. The Gal at the desk was very pleasant. Elevator broken but fixed when we left. Rooms were spacious.”

“We only stayed one night, but this was the nicest hot we used during our 10 day trip. It is very clean and modern, comfortable, and the breakfast was very good.”

“The front desk attendant at check-in was friendly and helpful. Walls are a little thin so it was a bit noisy until 11pm and at 6 am. The shower wouldn't work and the temperature was only boiling hot. The adjuster just spun and the shower stopped wouldn't stay up. When I told the lady at the front desk she said she would check it, didn't apologize or anything else. Beds were very comfortable and clean.”

“Electric outlets not working had to change rooms. Then toilet didn’t flush no water. Hairdryer nor telephone worked. Could not change channels on tv. From the 4 nights we stayed only 1 time the beds were made. At evening nobody is ever at the desk. Breakfast items running low or not available. We stayed here last year and we had no trouble at all. Maybe they were understaffed and they were in a remodel.”

“Check in was easy…and we were greeted warmly. We found our room to be clean & ready for our arrival. The bathroom was well appointed and clean, too! The breakfast offered a nice variety of choices and was very well staffed. The hotel was convenient to the highway and to our needs.”

“GREAT STAFF! Smaller gathering space , breakfast area, or Lobby than most Residence Inns. Clean Rooms. Great area as can walk to the Empire Mall! Excellent restaurant a 1 minute walk called ROAM. GREAT LOCATION!”
