“Great place - no questions at all about how clean it is - just move your stuff in and start enjoying the place. Good location - and great restaurant within two blocks if you miss the Thistledown & Row restaurant you will have missed the best in the area. Place is quiet, comfortable we will be returning”

“The inside of the house was adorable. Very close to downtown, could easily walk there. The only negative was that you had to go outside to get to the fenced in backyard, there's no direct access from inside house.”

It is about 10 mins or so south of SJ downtown and beaches but I was born and raised in SJ so understood this before booking. “We enjoyed our stay at The Dorothy very much. It was like being home away from home. The host was easily available to help with any questions. It was clean, well supplied with everything we might need and then some. Everything we wanted to do was within 5 to 10 miles away. It was a quiet neighborhood, well maintained, and very comfortable. Lots of games and things to do in the basement and TVs in the bedrooms and living room. All in all, it was perfect.”
