The Space:

Come back after a great day of exploring and enjoy access to a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and coffee maker as well as dishes and utensils. Washer/dryer also included. Sleeps 16 comfortably. This 3,356 sq. ft home is spacious with lots of enjoyable places to relax or play a board game with the family. Large 1.7-acre private lot with back deck, patio furniture, barrel sauna, hot tub, fire pit, and charcoal grill for your leisure enjoyment (don't forget to bring your briquettes!). Enjoy relaxing by the St. Joseph River which has private access on the property; float down the river or paddle a kayak. Guests will find the space to be warm, comfortable, and inviting and the hosts to be responsive and diligent to provide an excellent stay for each guest. Here on a business trip; work in comfort with the free high-speed Internet service.



Not only is this home conveniently located to various activities but close access to grabbing a bite to eat. Take a 5-minute drive to downtown Berrien Springs to check out the local restaurants. The entire home is for your private use with an easy self-check-in process to accommodate various arrival times. There is a private entrance with your own access code that will function between your check-in and check-out times. Great restaurants are less than 2 miles in downtown Berrien Springs and less than 2 miles from grocery stores. Only 27 miles from Notre Dame University!
