Hotel a Berrys Crossroads

“This place is the old South. Breakfast was poor, no real food, just processed. Room was big and clean. Staff mostly clueless or slow . It’s worth maybe 50-60 a night, no more”

“Only positive was the check in staff were efficient and friendly. Everything went downhill from there. What was bad? Let me see…The lamp shades beside the beds were both broken and flopped over touching the bulbs. The towel racks were broken. The was no mini fridge in the room. Missing picture from wall that was obviously removed by theft. The receptacles in the room all seemed very loose. Every one we tried to plug our chargers in would not grip the plug and they would loosely hang and not...

“The staff were very friendly and helpful. The bed was firm and slept well. The room smelled musty and the corners were dirty. Except for that the room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was beyond expectation.”

“I didn't like that there was only one elevator. I did not like that. They did not tell us that we have access to a pool. They did not tell us what time Breakfast was being served at the front desk. Gail was awesome. Everyone else was not friendly.”

“This place is absolutely horrible. There were no light switch covers. We had to fight to get out the door because it didn’t want to unlock. There were cigarette burns on the side of the tub. The lamp had cobwebs. If I could give it a -10 I would. Don’t waste your money!”

“The studio suite we had was very large with a king bed, large worktable in the center and a sofa on the other side, plus a separate kitchen area with microwave and small fridge. Shower and toilet were in a separate room from the bathroom sink which was convenient. Everything was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the included breakfast which had several different options. Better than most continental breakfasts.”

“The hotel is fine, the woman who checked me was personable and attentive. I went to my room, the remote was not working I came out later to front desk and no one was there. I called out and a gentleman gave out from the back. I explained that my remote was not working, I gave it to me and he simple said under his breath that the batteries where dead. He than took another remote out of the desk and used those bateries. He then handed it back to me and said nothing. I said thank you and left....
