Welcome to your seaside retreat in the amenity rich, Sea Colony Resort Community, nestled in the heart of Bethany Beach.

This inviting 3-bedroom condo offers a perfect blend of comfort and coastal charm, making it an ideal haven for your beach vacation getaway.
The well stocked kitchen, has everything you need to prepare a meal at home. The dining area, features a table for 6 and additional seating for 2 at the kitchen island. Adjacent to the kitchen is a convenient laundry area with a stackable washer and dryer for added convenience during your stay. Off the living area is an enclosed porch, where you can unwind on patio on those hot summer nights.
The first bedroom offers a king bed, TV, a spacious closet, and an attached bathroom with a shower tub. The second bedroom features two twin beds and TV. The loft, serving as the third bedroom, offers a full size bed and a twin size bed, along with a TV.

Enjoy your next vacation in this Sea Colony condo - your gateway to a memorable Bethany Beach retreat.

Linens will be at the property prior to check in. Linens include sheets for all beds, and bath towels.

Note: The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per-person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory. Please inquire about prices for passes. Family had a great time staying here and made for a fun and active beach vacation. Lots to do in sea colony and surrounding areas. Would definitely come back.
