  • Goditi le spettacolari viste sull'oceano in questo delizioso condominio dotato di splendidi pavimenti in legno e accoglienti alloggi. L'unità può ospitare comodamente quattro persone con un letto matrimoniale nella camera da letto privata ed estrarre divano letto matrimoniale nel soggiorno. Questa unità si trova al sesto piano della Brandywine House con vista sull'oceano. La spiaggia è solo una breve gita fuori dal lungomare per il lungomare. Il parcheggio assegnato per l'unità è situato vicino alla hall e all'ascensore.

Excellent host . very communicative and always available. The property is in a great location / high up with nice ocean views. The place is smalland in need of renovation ( bathroom/ kitchen etc). Sea Colony amenities are great . pricey to get guest pass but limits others from using trams and facilities etc. Parking for unit was in great location and close to elevators . beach was great with umbrella/ chair service at an extra cost.

The kitchen faucet was loose and difficult to adjust water temperature. The futon was extremely hard and uncomfortable to sit on. Fortunately it was not necessary for anyone to sleep on it. We could not get the soundbar to connect to the TV, TV speakers were poor (as they usually are). It would have been good to have directions on how to connect the soundbar.

Stay at Bethany

Location is fantastic, right on the beach. Overall communication was great, check in process was a breeze. The place could use a touch of work but otherwise you couldnt ask for any more for the price point.

Great cozy retreat for the family

A clean and cozy condo with ocean views from the balcony. Just takes a cpl minutes to get to the beach, which is pristine. Also there are heated pools, pickleball courts, and other amenities. Also walking distance to some restaurants, and about a 15 minute walk to the main boardwalk. Definitely would stay again. We have a 1.5yr old daughter and it was the perfect beach vacation for her.

The ocean view from this room is spectacular! The unit itself was okay. It had what we needed. It was clean enough, but not super clean. There were a couple of kitchen cabinets that would not stay shut and they just hang wide open. There was un-repaired ceiling damage in the living room. Just a few things like that, that made this rental just okay. Also, keep in mind that no linens are included and you have to pay 20 per person for Sea Colony passes, whether you plan to use them (for amenities) or not.The host was very kind and very responsive.

Can’t beat the location

Wonderful view! Sea Colony is the best location for a beach vacation. The pools were great, safe beaches, and amazing staff. Host was easily contacted. We had an issue with the air conditioning, and it was fixed within hours.

Property was as advertised. Location is great because my husband has mobility issues and the parking is steps from elevator and elevator is steps from unit. Great view. Very quiet. Could not hear anyone in any adjacent units. If you are bringing your own linens include a mattress pad, blanket, and kitchen towels too.

Location is great, as are amenities. This was my 2nd trip to sea colony.

It was a pretty painless experience, but we checked in on Friday. Saturday check in looked like a big backlog and parking where you check in was challenging

4th of July at Sea Colony

We had some initial issues with accessing the property (key/lock pad not available/functioning), but the property manager (and owner) were very responsive and helpful. Older unit with some minor issues. Balcony and beach front views were great and as advertised, making our 4th of July vacation just what we needed. Great location!

Highly reccomend! Beautiful views. The shower could use updating, but it does it's job. Matt was very responsive! The futon takes a bit to open, but it will open. AC is fabulous! Lots of beach stuff in the locker in the parking garage. Parking spot is super close to the elevator. Nice fridge & washer/dryer. Lots to do at Sea Colony and lots around the area! Can't wait to return!

Nice getaway for us

This place was clean. It is an older condo and I thought the bedroom was too dark. It needed more light. However other than this, it was a perfect getaway, for my husband and I. Good communication with the owner.

Love Sea Colony

We had stayed at Sea Colony before, but not in the last 18 years. It’s still a great property! Better suited to families than couples. This unit is clean and well located with an amazing view. And the beach chairs, umbrellas etc that were included meant we didn’t have to pack them or pay a fortune for them in the beach! The host was very nice and helpful. Check in is a little confusing. More specific directions and procedures should be included in the materials.

Great location and easy communication

The property was as advertised and even brighter than I imagined from the pictures. With a few small changes it could be great. The location was awesome, perfect placement in the condo buildings, and appreciated the parking and locker near parking. Updates to make it great: have hand soap at each sink, have trash cans in each bathroom, have towels for kitchen, have trash bags for kitchen, bolt in the dishwasher, have pods for the dishwasher, and purchase new chairs and boogie boards for the locker (some equipment was broken). Overall, we loved our week here and tried to make the most of all the activities offered with the amenities pass. Thank you for the great communication and easy check in process!

Nice condo in a great location

Overall the condo is nice. It could probably use a deep cleaning in the kitchen and bathroom, but in general it was clean. The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. The bed was also comfortable. The apartment is nice and bright, and has a beautiful balcony and direct view of the ocean. There was a minor issue checking in, but the owner was very responsive, and even gave me a little refund for the trouble. Mostly the apartment is just a crash pad however, you're there for the beach. The beach is right outside the building and it's a lovely beach. The complex also has a number of heated pools, and decks to sit on. Within a five minute walk are a number of restaurants and mini-golf, and the Bethany Beach boardwalk is less than half a mile away- you can walk there down the beach.

The style of this property "Stylish Condo" was Early Run Down and I Don't Care". There was not a single part of the unit that didn't need to be updated. It is clear the owner is simply renting as many times as possible to make the most and spending the least. Toilet doesn't flush properly, shower broken and moldy, a barn floor w hay and straw would have been better than the bed. Appliances were dirty and greasy especially the coffee machine. We left 1.5 days early because we wouldn't stay another night. Building is 50 years old and it looks like the unit hasn't been upgraded, repaired or in some spots cleaned the whole time. Extremely disappointed. The Marriott would have been a far superior alternative for the same price.
