The ocean view is astounding... by far the best part of staying in this unit. The king-size bed is very comfortable. Pillows need to be replaced. The unit itself is very small. Closet space is effectively nonexistent. HVAC noise is extremely loud and disturbing. Strongly suggest updating the unit. The parking spot is dangerously close to a large concrete support post. Scrape marks from.past tenants attest to the difficulties in parking.

Gréât place but two issues

Apt was very clean and well appointed. Two things I would change: 1. No bureaus or any furniture with drawers in bedroom. Lived out of suitcases 2. Pile of blankets on bedroom closet floor should be in plastic if they are clean. If used, they should be removed.

Had a great time

Had a great time. The check in process only took minutes and our condo was clean with a great view of the ocean. The beach was great end it seemed the property did a good job of making sure patrons wore masks and observed social distancing. However one day at the beach people without mass crowded all around us only a couple of feet away and it was worrisome enough that we packed up and went back to the condo. The town of Bethany Beach was fun and I was glad to see that the towns in DelawareAre doing a better job of instilling safety in the pandemic than has been done in Pennsylvania.

Beautiful View

The property was exactly as shown. The view was spectacular and right on the beach. My only complaint would be that it could have been a bit cleaner, cobwebs on the lights and very dusty baseboards in the 1/2 bath. The full bath could use a bit of updating in the shower.

Our stay in 509 Dover Sea Colony

The most amazing view and great location. The owners took great care to leave certain incidental items for their guests, even though we brought some of them. Everything was very clean and Sea Colony is well maintained. We enjoyed the pools (heated), hot tubs and the beach. Even did some grilling and surf fishing. There is so much to do in the area. Check in process was smooth and everyone was helpful. The Hospitality App is awsesome, used it to check out.
