Benvenuti a Bethany Beach, il miglior resort di Sea Colony, Southwinds. Immerso tra alberi ad alto fusto e pini, questo "cottage sulla spiaggia" privato e appartato offre incantevoli viste boscose. Un'affascinante area esterna è stata creata per il tuo divertimento dopo una divertente giornata in spiaggia. Questa è la posizione perfetta, è conveniente per campi da tennis, piscine, campi da gioco, laghetti per la pesca, il centro fitness e la navetta stagionale per la spiaggia (se non si sceglie di camminare, andare in bicicletta o guidare).

Il nostro soppalco con due camere da letto e nove posti letto possono ospitare comodamente nove persone con un letto matrimoniale nella prima camera matrimoniale e una regina nella seconda. L'ampio soppalco ha un letto singolo con rotelle e un letto matrimoniale. C'è un divano letto nel soggiorno.

Decorate con gusto, i soffitti della cattedrale, le pareti delle porte scorrevoli in vetro e molte, molte finestre forniscono un'abbondanza di luce naturale. L'ampia zona giorno si apre su un avvolgente portico schermato, tutti i nuovi mobili e pavimenti. C'è una terrazza soleggiata al largo della sala da pranzo.

La nostra casa è la vacanza perfetta per ogni stagione. La spiaggia non è più solo per l'estate. Perfetto per la festa della mamma, Striper stagione, fine settimana di golf e vieni a scoprire perché Sea Colony è la Premier Family Beach and Tennis Community. La mia famiglia invita la tua famiglia a RELAX e GODITI una fantastica vacanza qui!

Come ospite di Sea Colony, goditi il centro acquatico, il centro fitness, il centro tennis, i campi da gioco, i sentieri e un mezzo miglio di spiaggia privata sorvegliata. Goditi la spiaggia, tuffati in una delle 12 piscine, gioca a tennis su uno dei 32 campi da tennis o rilassati con un cocktail sulla veranda avvolgente.

My family and I had an amazing time at Sea Colony and will definitely come back. My only complaint is when we entered the property the floors were covered with sand! They were not cleaned at all before we entered. I also thing part of the problem was that the porch was surround by a moat of sand. Other than that the property was great and we enjoyed our stay.

Peaceful Getaway

Our family had a wonderful end-of-summer getaway trip and it was exactly what we needed. Peaceful, quiet, comfortable. The house is close to the tram, which is close to everything! Parking was easy. The screened in porch on rainy nights invited family bonding and togetherness. Ellen was wonderful to connect with and we are thankful for our trip!

good location. owner helpful main issues were tv did not work initially, dinner table chairs lacked bolts on legs , and 2 collapsed when people sat on them utensils storage area was not cleaned one bed had broken springs just fix these issues and property woulld have good rating

Nice short stay

We had a good short stay at this property. It was well stocked and clean. We also liked Sea Colony, not a knock on the owner but wish Sea Colony would charge daily rates for their badges, we had to pay full weeks price for a 2 day stay.

fell in love with Sea Colony

My husband, two boys and my 70 year old parents stayed for 4 days and it was the best beach resort in the DMV area. It was great for my mom, who's back made it difficult to walk, because the tram drove us anywhere we needed to go, including to the beach. Overall, I can't say enough good things about Sea Colony. There are no pool bars, or bars or restaurants at all in the resort so it doesn't attract young partiers, making it a more family friendly environment. Regarding this unit - it was a great size for the 6 of us. My parents and my husband and I had our own bedrooms and the boys enjoyed having their own space in the loft. The kitchen was well equipped to make meals and it was nice having a washer and dryer in the unit. Overall it was clean and functional for our stay. The only critiques I have are the bugs outside the front door. It is right next to the woods so there are spiders and various bugs, but the cleaners should probably just sweep off around the front door to remove the dead bugs for a better first impression. Also, it was advertised that they provide toilet paper, paper towels, etc. There was one partially used roll of paper towels and each bathroom had the one roll of toilet paper that was on the dispenser. We ended up having to buy both, which we could have brought from home if we knew that we needed to. There were also no extra trash bags. I just recommend bringing your own so you have some back-ups. Not a reason not to stay here.

It was our first visit to Sea Colony in 35 years. Sea Colony is a huge development including high rises and townhouse and low rise flat dwellings with beachfront, multiple pools, many tennis courts, etc. Despite its size it is pretty tastefully laid out. People were in beach mode, very nice and laid back. This is a cute 2nd floor flat which is well laid out with 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, kitchen, dining and living room areas all on main level, + a loft. Also a screened in porch and small deck. The location is quiet, facing woods and adjacent to a stream, a short walk to the fitness and aquatic centers and a pleasant tram ride or short drive or short bike ride to the beach (there are outdoor faucets/showers at the beach entrances to get sand off, and there are pools right there which could serve the same purpose). Beds and furnishings were comfortable, appliances and plumbing worked well and AC was effective and quiet. Parking was easy. The owner was rapidly responsive to my texts. It got 4 rather than 5 stars because I use an absolute scale... 4 stars is my max for this type of accommodation which is not new (90s?) but is well maintained, without the posh bells and whistles of high end (and high $) new construction. So, "just fine, very good" but not "top of the line." My family (2 kids, parents, 2 grandparents) had a great time.

Weekend in Bethany

We were very thankful to find this place, as we were only staying for 3 nights. We are used to the ocean side of Sea Colony so this was a little different for us. Ellen was a gracious host and was very clear about what was/was not included with the rental. The area is very quiet and peaceful! It met our expectations and we had a lovely weekend!

Quick responses from property manager. Would not rent this property again. In very bad location - behind other condos. Long unlighted path around to the back of the building to get to entrance. Owners try to make it cute inside but it is dark. Management said there would be sheets and towels when we got there. Some sheets were thrown on top of the beds and no towels. When called about this I was told to use some of the beach towels that were there for our bath towels. Or what I’m used to when renting in sea colony

The description should not state that there are two bathrooms. One of the toilets is basically unusable. Also, the owner should not state the kitchen is stacked with paper products (they told us paper towels, etc) would be there. We wasted our money buying them in Bethany when we could have brought them from home. Also there are no trash bins in the area where the rental is. And it is stated there are. Walk to the fitness center is very close though!

Very Good Option for Bethany Beach

We enjoyed our stay at the property. Description on the website was fully accurate and the location within Sea Colony was very well suited for a summer beach vacation. As the description makes clear you need to carry your own bed linen, toiletries and paper products. The WiFi was really fast and the HVAC was updated.
