    Overlook the surf and sand from the wrap around balcony of this second floor 3-bedroom, 2.5-bath oceanfront condo - one of the Sea Colony Beach Community's largest floor plans! Just steps to Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this spacious single-level seaside getaway is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, half bathroom, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer. dryer and more. 3 TVs (including a 59-inch in the living room), DVD, Wifi.



    Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world.



    THINGS TO KNOW

    Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

We had a wonderful stay at this property. The views were excellent and we had a really comfortable stay. The owners have also provided things in the pantry, storage bags, lots of cooking items, beach toys etc. to make it feel like home.

Wonderful Family Vacation

The home was perfect for a wonderful week at the beach celebrating our Granddaughter’s 5th Birthday! It was a perfect location to take the grandchildren to the beach or the pool. It was clean and had everything we needed. We will definitely come back next year!

A Perfect Escape

We NEEDED a getaway and 201 Chesapeake was perfect! We had the best view of our favorite beach, and all the amenities. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. We hope to get back again ASAP!

Amazing Views

We chose this property because the views looked amazing and it did not disappoint. The floor-to-ceiling windows on two walls in the common room gave us amazing views. The kitchen had everything we needed, including some spices (salt, pepper, sugar, etc), dish/washer soap, and a dish scrub sponge that were very helpful. The beds were comfortable, the bedrooms a good size, the handsoap and small shampoos/conditioners were a very nice addition.

Perfect Vacation!

This spacious vacation rental was so beautiful! The view of the ocean was incredible and the kitchen, one of the bathrooms, and carpeting were all new. It was also so convenient being on the 2nd floor as we could use the nearby stairwell to go one flight down to the beach. Our weather was perfect, other than 1/2 day of rain. I would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful Stay!

I can't say enough great things about this place! The condo itself is fully stocked, and a great spot for all ages. We have two little girls who had so much fun and enjoyed all the space the condo offered. The views are stunning, and it was so nice waking up to a beautiful sunrise that we could watch from the couch. We lucked out with amazing weather in November, so the beach being so close was a bonus! And you can't beat the location, everything is in walking distance. Definitely looking to go back during the warmer months to enjoy all there is to offer in the complex. I highly recommend!

property was even better in person than the photos indicated. great views from the second floor that were panoramic. the only drawback for me personally was the nonsmoking rule for the outside balcony. would have loved to enjoyed a cigar.

What a view!

Walking into this home was pure joy! The nicest I have ever rented the past several years in Sea Colony. The corner of windows provided a great view! Excellent new furniture out on the deck was fantastic to sit out in which we did almost the entire time. Nicely appointed with updates in the kitchen, the hall bath and powder room gave it such a great feel. Other units are so dated, this was a treat! Comfy and plenty of living room furniture, chairs to eat, cable and TVs in every room. Would definitely stay here again!!
