Just steps to Sea Colony's half mile of private beach and oceanfront pools, this one-level resort retreat is home a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and bedroom (with a private half bathroom of its own). Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 2 TVs, 2 DVDs, Wifi.



    Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security.     Please respect the no dog policy.

    Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



  • The Sea Colony Recreational Association requires a per person resort fee for guests ages 4 and older. This fee varies by time of year and is mandatory.




  • Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

We had a wonderful stay at this beach condo! The space was comfortable and had absolutely awesome views. There were plenty of towels and pillows, and we loved having access to the pools and beautiful beach. We also rented bikes and had a great time exploring the area and enjoying the downtown shops and restaurants. The host was fantastic—very easy to communicate with, responsive, and helpful throughout our stay. We truly enjoyed our time here and would definitely love to come back!

Perfect location to a beautiful beach! Enjoyed the showers and bathrooms directly off the beach entrance. Several pools to choose from. Quick walk to boardwalk. Staff is very polite and helpful. Room was clean with a balcony beach view! Elevators to use to and from parking and bins to transport luggage's.
