With just a handful available in only four oceanfront Sea Colony buildings, the 3-bedroom, 2- bath point units are located in the '08' stack of the building and features ocean views from living area, master bedroom and second bedroom as well. Approximately 100 square feet larger than the end units and 215 square feet larger than the standard 2-bedroom-and-den floor plans in the building, it's really great from the '08's.' Just steps to the surf and sand of Sea Colony's half-mile of private guarded beach, not to mention the community's oceanfront pools and fitness room, this single-level seaside getaway is home to a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and three bedrooms, including the master suite. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. Accessible without stairs. 5 TVs, 4 Blu-rays, Wifi., Netflix Notes: This Sea Colony oceanfront condo features showers only - no tubs. Wonderful Condo

I can’t say enough wonderful things about our stay. The condo was better than the pictures and the kitchen was stocked with everything you can think of, we had a minor issue with a cabinet door coming off the hinge and someone came within an hour to fix it. We will definitely stay here again!

We really like this condo, since '08s are a little bigger than the rest of the condos. The view is great. The kitchen is stocked and the beds r good. We had a great time, again.

Bethany Beach Front

Lovely furnished condo with upgraded baths/showers. We had 4 adult children and two grand kids with us, and there was plenty of room for all. Great view of ocean. I would stay here again anytime.

Lovely off-season stay

Lots of room, beautiful renovations, great unobstructed ocean views. We saw dolphins, 2 whales, and hiked inland to birdwatch. We rode bikes in Assateague and saw the wild horses (just 30 min away). I highly recommend Fins across the street for great seafood.

Great unit

We have stayed in many different units and this is one of our favorites. Beds were generally good, kitchen is well stocked, and living room was comfortable. This unit is further away from the main activities and may not be best for everyone. We enjoyed the quieter feel.

Awesome condo

Great stay at this beautiful condo. Right on the beach as described. Could hear the ocean in master bedroom and living area. Loved the well equipped kitchen. The pool and hot tub were so much fun with a splash pad for the kids. The only drawback was the parking situation. We had a family of 8 coming from 4 different states with 4 cars and had to find alternative parking for two family members.

Off season trip

The condo was very well appointed and well stocked with all one would need, with a great view of the beach and all that was going on, including a Fox! Off season the pools are limited, I.e. mainly closed, but the beach was almost deserted, great for walking. It was a good location for exploring the Sate Parks and National Seashore but after 3 days we would have run out of things to do, not being people to sit on the beach!

Beautiful setting, aging furniture

Beautiful views from balcony and MBR. Great kitchen design and setup. The couch and bedroom #2 furniture are aging. The bunk bed and trundle bed are shaky. The curtains in #2 also don’t open for a view.

Nice, but overpriced

We love Sea Colony and have been coming here for years. This was our first time staying in 608 Island House. The kitchen and bathrooms were nicely updated. Two out of the three bedrooms were nice. However, upon our arrival we noticed that the condo did not seem very clean. There were sand and seashells in various dresser drawers and food was left in the cabinets in the kitchen. We expected a much better cleaning given the current pandemic and the inability to check-in until 4. The condo needs a little love- a lot of the outlets did not work, the bunk beds were very shaky and we had to change the air conditioning filter- it was completely black. Given the price to rent the condo for 1 week, I expected things to be a lot nicer.
