    Overlook the surf and sand from the private balcony of this eighth floor 2-bedroom, 2-bath oceanfront condo! Updates for 2019! New chairs in the living room and master bedroom! Just steps to Sea Colony's private beach and oceanfront pools, this resort retreat features a convenient one-level layout with a living and dining area, well-equipped kitchen, full hallway bathroom and two bedrooms, including the master suite. All beds feature adjustable bases. Accessible without stairs. Central air conditioning, washer, dryer and more. 3 flat-screen TVs (including 2 HD flat-screen TV's w/ HD DVD players in each bedroom), Blu-ray, 3 DVDs, Keurig, library of DVDs & books, Wifi. * Notes: This Sea Colony owner is paying for guest linen service as part of the rental. Sea Colony - The Premier Family Beach & Tennis Resort Community - features a half mile of private beach, 12 pools (2 indoor), world class tennis, fitness centers, activities for all ages, community shuttle and year-round security. Sea Colony is ranked among Tennis magazine's Best U.S. Resorts and by Tennis Resorts Online as one of the finest in the world. THINGS TO KNOW Delaware regulations require all guests sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. A lease agreement will be sent within 24 hours of booking and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is made available.



    Important: Your stay is within the Sea Colony Resort which has a mandatory amenity fee that is an additional cost. Not purchasing your required Sea Colony Resort Fee prior to your arrival may delay your VueStay reservation Check-in.

    The Sea Colony community association requires a non-refundable, mandatory resort fee for all guests aged 4 and older. This fee grants access to community-managed facilities and is collected by VueStay on behalf of Sea Colony. Rates are subject to change without notice, and VueStay does not guarantee amenity availability.

Nice place great location

Staying here was a really positive experience. Check in was a breeze as was check out. Really comfortable place and the location was perfect. Easy access to the beach, fabulous views and just really nice.

Great Condo!

Condo had everything we needed and was very clean upon arrival. Great for a week long girls trip. View from the condo is amazing. The location of the sea colony condos is fantastic and we enjoy the convenience and having a private beach.

This condo was awesome! The beds are so comfortable, the kitchen had everything we need and more, the beach chairs are such a bonus! The games, the cards, the movies and the VIEW!!! I would recommend this condo to everyone and we hope to be back in it next year!

Great unit with a wonderful view!

Very clean and well kept property. I took my wife and two young daughters here and we all loved it. The beds were very comfortable, unit was very clean and tidy, and the view and location can’t be beat. If you stumbled upon this property and it happens to be available for your dates, book it now! We will be booking again soon!

Loved the adjustable beds! Well stocked kitchen and great beach supplies. Hair dryers were a great touch. Lots of games, books and even noticed a pack and play in one of the closets.

Great condo for a beach getaway. Thoughtful extras like hair dryer, toliet paper, shampoo, etc to get you started. Beautiful views. Immaculate kitchen and bathrooms. You can hear ocean waves from the living room and master bedroom.

Best Week Ever

I recently stayed here with my husband and two teenage girls. The location was perfect and we spent many hours on the balcony looking over the beach and watching the sunrise. It was always a treat to see dolphins swimming in the ocean. The unit was very comfortable and had everything we needed (and more!) for our week stay. We would definitely stay here again!

Beach vacation

I had a lovely week. Hurricane Dorian was present for two days. The condo was so nice I did not even mind. This is a lovely place to stay at Sea Colony. I highly recommend.

Ocean front and full of amenities

Just as described and pictured. Deco is not to our taste but the property is very clean and it has everything you need from cooking to games. There were extra beach chairs too. They provided linen and towels which was lovely. You can hear the waves from the masterbathroom! Check in was a breeze. Owner seems to be very thoughtful and detailed. We had a great time!

The view and location were both very nice. The bathrooms need to be updated as well as the kitchen. We had been coming to the sea colony for the past 16 years with our daughters and their families. We had the opportunity to see other condos in the same building as our daughters were also staying in Chesapeake. Their condos had updated bathrooms and appliances. The other furniture in the unit was fine.
